Principle of cold mounting

Cold inlay uses liquid resin and curing agent mixed in proportion, and undergoes a chemical reaction (usually a polymerization reaction) inside the mold to solidify and form. This process does not require high temperature and high pressure, and the sample can be encapsulated by crosslinking and curing the resin.
The weight ratio is 2:1, the usage environment is around 25 ℃, and the curing time is determined by the diameter of the sample, which is normally around 12 hours.
