Product introduction
The fluidity of this transparent mounting resin and its very low shrinkage ensure a maximum penetration ratio in cavities. It is ideal for microelectronics, optics and microsystem applications. Compatible for conven- tional scanning electron microscopy (SEM) examinations.
The weight ratio is 2:1, and the usage environment is around 25 ℃. The curing time is determined by the diameter of the sample, which is usually around 1 hour
