HT-S is a self-sharpening, flexible carborundum disc suitable for flat and fine grinding, replacing the application of traditional SiC abrasive paper in grinding of various materials. Precision graded diamond and optimum grain size set for short processing time, flat surface and high profile definition.

1. Three elements of selection
Workpiece material: hard and brittle non-metallic (ceramic, glass, stone) → diamond grinding disc; Iron group metals (steel, iron) → Use with caution (high temperature can easily cause diamond graphitization)
Processing requirements: For rough processing, choose low particle size (60 # -200 #) and high concentration; High particle size (above 800 #) and medium concentration are selected for precision processing
Equipment conditions: Select adhesive backing/magnetic backing/center hole specifications according to the type of grinder; Match speed and power
2. Precautions for use
Before installation: Check the flatness and absence of cracks on the grinding disc; Confirm that the center hole matches the spindle
During operation:
In the initial stage of activation, "break in" is required (running at low load for 5-10 minutes)
It is necessary to use coolant (mainly water-based) to reduce temperature, extend lifespan, and improve accuracy
Control pressure (usually 0.1-0.5 MPa) to avoid workpiece deformation and grinding disc damage
Maintenance and upkeep:
Regularly clean the surface of the grinding disc and remove blockages
Use a specialized dresser to restore the flatness of the grinding disc (after wear)
Store in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding moisture and direct sunlight
