Instructions and precautions for use
Before use, the surface of the workpiece needs to be pre treated by using sandpaper or grinding wheel to remove obvious burrs, oxide layers, and deep scratches, so as to control the surface roughness within a reasonable range. At the same time, the grinding tool should be cleaned to avoid impurities from entering and affecting the grinding accuracy; When taking the paste, it is necessary to control the amount used. Generally, for a grinding surface with a diameter of 10 centimeters, the size of a soybean can be taken each time. Excessive use can easily lead to abrasive accumulation and uneven surface patterns. Insufficient amount will prevent effective cutting and prolong the processing time.
When preparing, water-soluble grinding paste can be diluted with water or glycerol, and oil soluble grinding paste can be diluted with kerosene. The dilution ratio is adjusted according to the particle size. Coarse particle size can be prepared in a 1:1 ratio, and fine particle size is recommended to be prepared in a 1:3 ratio to enhance fluidity; When manually grinding, an "8" - shaped or spiral trajectory is used to control the appropriate pressure. Coarse grinding can be accelerated with slight force, while fine grinding requires light pressure to avoid stress damage; Mechanical grinding needs to be matched with appropriate rotational speed. Metal parts are suitable for 800-1500 revolutions per minute, while brittle materials such as glass and gemstones are recommended to be controlled at 300-800 revolutions per minute. At the same time, continuous replenishment of grinding fluid is needed to keep the working surface moist.
Before changing the particle size, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the workpiece and grinding tools to prevent residual coarse particles from scratching the surface of the workpiece; After grinding, the workpiece needs to be cleaned with deionized water, anhydrous ethanol, or specialized cleaning agents, dehydrated, and dried; The remaining grinding paste needs to be tightly sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight that may cause the paste to harden. It is recommended to use it within 3 months after opening to ensure the activity of the abrasive. It is recommended to wear rubber gloves during operation, maintain ventilation in the work environment, and avoid direct skin contact with the cream ingredients and inhalation of fine dust.
